If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased via www.fitnessmed.net please contact our support for procedures replacement. It is not necessary to send the package back.
Damaged and defective orders will be replaced. Just notify us by email and attach a proof (for example a photo of the package you received) to support@fitnessmed.net.
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed.
We offer a refund in the case an order is not fulfilled, but is very rare.
We don’t offer a full refund or reship for confiscated products. The client assumes the responsibility; he/she must know if the importation of controlled substances are authorized or not in his/her country. We reship the order only in the case we receive it back.
Our goal is never let a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. Cancellation Policy Your credit card is charged at the moment you make your order. Your order is usually shipped within a 24 hours once you have placed it on our site. Once your order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order anymore.
